Dentures Improve Quality of Life
Dentures have a long history and have been a cost-effective replacement for multiple tooth loss. There are two types of denture: A full denture is used when no teeth are remaining. Generally, the upper denture is more secure because it uses the palate for improved retention. A partial denture incorporates the remaining teeth, which are valuable for stability and improving retention of the denture. With today’s new implant technology, the retention of dentures is vastly improved over past methods.
